Scheduled
In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintence to our Event Webhook and Inbound Parse infrastructure. This maintenance includes migrating our webhook infrastructure to new IP ranges.
From February 23rd - March 6th, our legacy webhook infrastructure will be disabled for 12 hours daily, then re-enabled, affecting webhook deliveries.
During these windows, webhook deliveries will only be available from our new IP address ranges, as we phase out our legacy infrastructure. Customers who are still allowlisting our legacy IP addresses will experience webhook delivery failures during these windows.
If you use IP allowlisting on your webhook endpoints and haven't updated to our new IP ranges, please contact support immediately to obtain them and update your allowlist.
We strongly recommend upgrading to a more secure authentication method: IP ranges are subject to change and provide limited security. For better protection, Event Webhook and Inbound Parse supports Signature Verification and OAuth Verification.
