Our engineers have identified an issue that is causing delays in updating individual contacts with recent engagement data (such as clicks and opens) for a subset of Legacy Marketing customers (TNE Marketing Campaigns are NOT affected). As a result, affected customers may experience delays when segmenting lists based on recent engagement, and the option to export campaign click data may appear disabled. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
