Starting around 11:58 pm PST on 11/19/2025, our engineers began investigating an issue with Legacy Transactional Templates. Users may experience an error with loading the legacy transactional templates within the Email API section of the account. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 30 min or as soon as more information becomes available.
